Has anyone been to this small zoo in Chatham-Kent, Ontario or if any other zoo has received animals from it? From the videos I've seen of it on Youtube, it seems to be a fairly decent if small zoo.
Greenview Aviaries Park and Zoo, southwest of London, Ontario has had 6 animals stolen, a squirrel monkey, lemur, red eclectus parrot, a lime green eclectus parrot and two umbrella cockatoos. I hope the animals can be recovered soon. Exotic birds, monkey and lemur among animals stolen from zoo in Morpeth, Ont. - London | Globalnews.ca
Yeah I tend to agree but considering how long they kept quiet about the thefts I wonder if they thought it was an inside job. It would be one thing if outsiders stole from them three times. It would be a little different if it was an inside job. In that case someone is betraying the zoos trust. Regardless of how the animals went missing the just need to be found safe. Sadly after so long they probably wont be found.
The zoo will be sold : https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/wind...vK3jURKj3TzofNAdeGF2E9cQBM3wxm6ji1ffHpzdWdppo
Looks like one of their kangaroos escaped and was re-captured yesterday... https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/windsor/kangaroo-escapes-chatham-kent-1.7079527
