Hello zoochat! My name is Frida and I am from Texas. I am an undergraduate student who is aspiring to become a veterinarian. However, I started out volunteering with zoo keepers at my local zoo. I love all animals, but reptiles hold a special place in my heart. I joined zoochat to get some advice from this community in my current independent research project: making diets for several species at our local zoo. The goal of my project is to create healthy diets for the animals in the collection. Locating zoo nutrition resources is tough, but I understand why that information can't be given freely. I also wanted to join zoochat so I could get ideas on enrichment or learn more about the zoo community. I look forward to meeting you all!
