I am looking for a zoo that has a snail exhibit. Some of our pet snails have been terribly injured by a naughty classmate, and I am having difficulty in locating resources to tell me how to treat their injuries. I figured that a zoo with a snail exhibit would have staff knowledgeable about snail care and treatment. We do not have a zoo or pet shop near where we live.
Vet Resources for Snails? The nearest "exotic" vet to us is 7 hours by car, and they do not deal in invertebrates. If anyone knows of a vet who does treat snails or similar, please let me know who it is. THakns.
