Hi! I just recently joined the forum and just noticed the new member introduction thread! I've lived in Colorado for my whole life but I really want to explore the other states when I get the chance. I am graduating from the University of Colorado next week with a degree in evolutionary biology and ecology. I currently am working at a zoo here and I have had the privilege of working with almost every animal there at least once. I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone!
Welcome! Working at that zoo sounds like great experience. Do you plan to work in zoos your whole life?
Right now probably. These next few years are going to be important for me in terms of finding out what kind of zoo job I want. Definitely want to work with animals for a long time though.
