Well ,were it not for the fact that Sooty is a good friend(do I really have to call him that? Internet "etiquette" can be tiresome),I could actually be insulted that he doubts my word..what would be the point of lying? Upon pointing out that they`re all in a notebook,he made the point that it doesn't count unless I type them all out in chronological order! To be honest the words "better" "do""nothing" and "to" came immediately to mind.If Sooty and a mutual friend (who has no internet sobriquet..so we`ll call him Sweep) care at all then I should hit 700 at Tierpark Nymphaea next month.

...in a full Excel spreadsheet, filterable by year of first visit, country, and subsequent visits. Doesn't everyone do this?

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man visit a zoo where the prize exhibit is a pot-bellied pig (probably) for his friends...

I think I have been to 72. There are many more I would like to see but I don't have the opportunity to get to new places very often. the first zoo I went to is almost certainly Chester Zoo and the most recent new visit is Odense Zoo which was in 2014.

I don't keep a list, but I was asked to plot my visited zoos on a map last year by a friend. Going on this, Zoorasia on Thursday was my 300th collection. (But I'd thought I hit number 300 in 2013!)

There isn't that option VC, as far as I know anyway. I also need to move to the 100+ group.

I've moved up to the "10-24" group, though I daresay I'll have moved again by the time the summer's over.

I have also moved up into the 75-99 group, and it may not be too long until I've moved up to 100+.

If I've counted correctly, I'm now up to 73. One, which I forgot to include in my last count, and one addition- the Texas Discovery Gardens, which is an insectarium, butterfly house, and serpentarium, in addition to gardens.
