    The City Zoo, opened in 1936, will be closed on May 29 .2017 for a comprehensive renovation. It is planned to reopen the 5 ha zoo in mid-July 2019.

    Any news relating to the planned re-opening?

    What about the collection plan and layout (any plans available)?

    'the refurbished zoo has no cages' - no comment

    However, a new Insect House sounds good. Hopefully this is a place I can visit in the next couple of years.
