By checking some old notes I came across a note that ISIS mentioned that the Perth Zoo should have a male hybrid White rhino ( Jan. 2011 ).
I've not heared of a hybrid between Northern and Southern white rhinos sofar and would be intrested were the animal came from ( obviously not a wild-caught animal ) and if this animal could possible have some impact on the conservation project to save the Northern white rhino ?

It is a ghost entry. Perth Zoo has only ever maintained southern white rhinos.

OK I already was wondering how Northern white rhinos had come to Australia.

The only captive-born hybrid between Northern and Southern White Rhinoceros was "Nasi" born 11.11.1977 at Dvur Kralove. She was conceived at Knowsley and died in 2008.
