    I'll answer One question at time:
    1-2)I want to start from the basics, not immediatly a official zoo
    3-4)Only if I keep dangerous animals like big carnivores and agressive herbivores
    5)Why? If I've been in prison I can't open a private zoo?:confused: Besides I've never been to prison.
    6) I can build whatever I want in my property without a permission except houses and work places.
    7) Again, start from the ground.
    8) Yeah but nobody except me wants to do it:D.

    I mean no offense when I ask this but shouldn’t you already have the knowledge of the proper enclosure needs of any animal before attempting to build one rather than ask for the approval of others?

    Even if you do not want to start with an "official" zoo, you're nevertheless planning to establish a publicly accessible(and probably also commercial) animal husbandry. Which is regulated by both international (i.e. EU) and national (in your case: Italian) laws. Depending on the relevant laws, your qualification and aptitude to keep and showcase animals will be evaluated by the local authorities. And if they have any doubt about it (hence the certificate of good conduct), you won't be allowed to keep certain animals or even any animals at all. So no, you cannot do just anything legally on your grandmother's property, unless it's officially allowed beforehand. I had to obtain all the things I've listed (and more) to get my zoo license. Maybe it's different in Sardinia, but I doubt that you will be able to proceed without having to deal with bureaucracy.
    @TheEthiopianWolf03 good point.
