    In 2015, this site went up on the internet:

    Blob Fish Cafe

    I thought it was fake, and so did Mother Nature Network but several major news sites reported on it, which makes me hesitate to dismiss it as fake.

    What do you think?

    This was discussed already somewhere in Zoochat and by then I didn't saw a reason for thinking that is not real...

    Now I think this is fake. Supposedly the site opened in 2016 and blobfishes would be there by 2017, but Googe Images doesn't give any image of the place or tanks - this is enough reason for think that there is NOT a blobfish cafe.

    While I do agree that is suspicious, we all know most zoos take forever to update their websites.

    The lack of Google Images, however, show It is definitely not open. But could it open sometime in the future?
