The Ménagerie put a post on Facebook indicating that the transfer was delayed for few months due to sanitary reasons. No more details.

Out of interest, have you heard anything since about the devils? Would dearly love to see them in Paris so I was wondering whether discussions were ongoing or whether it's largely been abandoned.

Great news, as the Orangs’ current enclosure is somewhat dated.
I need to visit again, such a lovely zoo, one of my favourites

I have no confirmation but think so as the main construction is outdoor. I suppose they will be on view indoor nevertheless.

And great news : a tree-kangaroo has been born last july to pair Kau Kau and Saleb and is now emerging from the pouch.
