Java sparrow is not legal to trade in Turkey? I'm very stranged because it's sold in every pet shop and breed very easily everywhere, for sure it's legal to trade in Europe :p

They are legal in Turkey, but I will be living in the US in the future. Java sparrows are listed as "injurious wildlife" which means they cannot be imported to the US or moved across state lines as pets. This probably caused a decrease in demand causing them to be not sold in America over a population on an island ecosystem.

Java sparrows are only illegal to keep in some states, so it would depend entirely on where in the US you lived.

Not sure what you mean by your last bit - Java and Bali are continental islands, very different from oceanic islands.

It is still federally illegal to bring them across states lines. https://www.fws.gov/injuriouswildlife/pdf_files/Current_Listed_IW.pdf

I assume they were added to the list because they were introduced to Hawaii. But that does not justify a federal ban on their trade.

I believe the reason is the Government doesn't want them established in other places (eg. Florida, California, US Virgin Islands ect.). They are currently also a problem on Guam and in Puerto Rico.

Well Guam and Puerto Rico are island so a trouble is to be expected. Ca already has a ban. Fl doesn't seem to care about invasive birds unlike other other potentially invasive species. So why impose a ban on the rest of the united states. Is there any evidence that a Java sparrow can survive the cold rust belt or a dry desert in the south? I personally believe that the Injurious wildlife list is outdated, but that is for another thread.

I suppose it's better that the thread title, rather than a threadworm, made you think of Debbie Harry. My cousin used to fancy Debbie Harry in the 1970s until he found out she was 30.
