For those of you thinking of visiting, enjoy your death-trap! Have none of you read "God Creates Dinosaurs" by Dr Ian Malcolm or heard of Chaos Theory?!?!?

Oh, please. Dinosaurs are just other animals, not mindless, uncontrollable monsters. Keeping them around isn't much different from keeping any other large animal in captivity. Jurassic World has a fantastic track record with safety. It's not like the people running the park are deliberately doing something to the dinos to make them scarier or more aggressive.

Really? There seems to be continual vacancies on the Velociraptor section!;)

Maybe people just quit a lot? Even if that's not the case, I meant with guest safety. They do acknowledge the dangers of the velociraptors, which is why they don't have them on an exhibit. Still, I do wonder what's going on with the raptors. Surely a strong exhibit and strict protected contact is enough to keep people safe, yes?

One wonders if the Jurassic World animals would be less restless and grouchy if they had mates, like you do.

Luckily the zoo was not the member of AZA. I heard animal right groups are trying to file a lawsuit for animal abuse basing on the video evidence. Currently they are trying to find the postal address of Hammond Labs.

AZA could comment on how poorly managed was the zoo. Although they spent millions on technology, they didn't even have functional CCTV in exhibits. Basic safety conduct with big animals lacking. No emergency plan, no clear replacement person if one of staff is not available, terrible cyber-security. Strange that their links with the army didn't improve organization. :D
