For those of you who don't know, my local zoo happens to be the Kansas City Zoo and I visit it quite frequently. As some of you may do, I often find myself imagining exhibits in areas of the zoo that aren't being utilized. The zoo's new master plan that was released in 2011 got me excited about my zoo and also got me wondering-what exactly got changed from the 2004 master plan? If anybody here happens to know where I could see the plans created then I would really appreciate it. The original plan from 1990 also interests me. I would like to see what Africa and Australia were originally supposed to look like as well as what Asia would have looked like. Again, I really want to see those plans and have not been successful thus far. Thanks!
