Depents on the size of the enclosure ! In the several Safari parks a wide range of hoofstock is kept together and normaly this works well.

I have heard Zebras can be problem with young of other species, even biting tails off.

my zebra prefers the company of the donkeys and humans so I won't be mixing him with others as he tends to be very frisky. I have black buck, springbok, dama gazelle, axis deer, waterbuck, oryx, addax and red deer. i have mixed the thomsons with sand gazelle and ostrich and so far it is very peaceful. Also put a red deer female with dama gazelle and all good. Ideally i would like to have a larger space with more mixed animals rather than all the small enclosures with same species
