Taronga Western Plains Zoo only exhibit Emu. They also have off-exhibit breeding programs for Regent Honeyeater and Plains-wanderer.

I never got around to posting a species list for Maleny Bird World on ZooChat but here are the native species I saw during my visit. They were renovating their finch aviary at the time so I'm sure they have more species than what's in the list below:

    Peaceful Dove Geopelia striata
    Carnaby’s Black Cockatoo Calyptorhynchus latirostris
    Red-tailed Black Cockatoo Calyptorhynchus banksii
    Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoo Calyptorhynchus funereus
    Major Mitchell’s Cockatoo Lophochroa leadbeateri
    Galah Eolophus roseicapillus
    Long-billed Corella Cacatua tenuirostris
    Little Corella Cacatua sanguinea
    Sulphur-crested Cockatoo Cacatua galerita
    Cockatiel Nymphicus hollandicus
    Superb Parrot Polytelis swainsonii
    Regent Parrot Polytelis anthopeplus
    Australian King Parrot Alisterus scapularis
    Crimson-winged Parrot Aprosmictus erythropterus
    Bourke’s Parrot Neopsephotus bourkii
    Blue-winged Parrot Neophema chrysostoma
Australian Ringneck Barnardius zonarius [both Port Lincoln and Mallee Ringneck]
    Green Rosella Platycercus caledonicus
Crimson Rosella Platycercus elegans [including Adelaide Rosella]
    Eastern Rosella Platycercus eximus
    Pale-headed Rosella Platycerus adscitus
    Red-capped Parrot Purpureicephalus spurius
    Rainbow Lorikeet Trichoglossus moluccans
    Red-collared Lorikeet Trichoglossus rubritorquis
    Satin Bowerbird Ptilonorhynchus violaceus
    Zebra Finch Taeniopygia guttata

They also had three hybrids during my visit:
Galah x Sulphur-crested Cockatoo Eolophus roseicapillus x Cacatua galerita
Galah x Little Corella Eolophus roseicapillus x Cacatua sanguinea
Rainbow Lorikeet x Scaly-breasted Lorikeet Trichoglossus moluccans x Trichoglossus chlorolepidotus

Also, just a note from looking at your document - White-breasted Ground Dove isn't a native species.

Like I mentioned above, the finch aviary was being renovated at the time of my visit so neither of these species would have been in there.

Collections completed: Melbourne zoo, Territory wildlife park, Serendip sanctuary, dubbo, Weribee, Birdworld Kuranda, Melbourne Museum, DDZ, Featherdale, National, Australia, Curumbinn, Dreamworld, David Flaey.

The Territory Wildlife Park signage had them listed as "Pied Imperial Pigeon", however The species name was in small print under the australian distribution map. Unfortunately I didn't take a close up of the individual sign so can't zoom in to see what they had listed as the species name.

I will leave it up to the bird experts for a definitive answer - but based on Wikipedia I think you are right in calling these Torresian Imperial Pigeon Ducula spilorrhoa. See my photo below which shows the barring on the underside of the tail feathers.

    Note:

Listing each holder has been an overwhelming amount of work so for now I’ll just list the species that are found in Australian zoos without detailed amounts of text. The research is still going and the number of species is well into the 200s

This list is great!!! I wish I was able to contribute but I don't visit many zoos however I think I can provide some sort of list for the Ipswich Nature Centre :) Also does Taronga still have a powerful owl? I remember reading about it being new addition to the bird show but maybe it was just a rehab bird? I'm not sure. But thank you all anyways for all the effort!
