One of the biggest new zoo exhibits for Europe next year is Islands at Chester: Islands at Chester Zoo | Extraordinary discoveries, every day

New enclosures for Sumatran Tiger, Sumatran Orang-utan, Sulawesi Crested Macaque, Banteng, Two-wattled Cassowary, False Gharial, Visayan Warty Pig, Lowland Anoa, Babirusa and more, including a new tropical house 'Monsoon Forest' - which will be the largest zoo building in the UK.

Hopefully Warsaw zoo's aquarium will be re-opened after renovations in 2015. Though not a new exhibit there will apparently be major changes and it will be like a new exhibit.

Bristol also have a new wallaby exhibit with yellow-footed rock wallabies and unknown(?) bird species, that's probably the second most exciting new exhibit in the UK after Islands.
Also Wild Place have a cheetah exhibit opening spring 2015.
