Basically it's the underwater viewing areas of the Sea Cliffs habitats.

It used to have a seahorse gallery and another section of fish before the storm though. So I wonder if any other species will be displayed down there again.

I really hope so, I remember seeing concept art for a kelp forest tank when I went a couple years ago. Not sure if it'll hold up, though.

Why? That's literally just the old beluga exhibit...

Probably to have animals on-display in a tank that's viewable to the public?

But they didn't have to move them. They were fine in the current shark exhibit

They were, but they've decided to showcase them in their own standalone tank now, a tank that would otherwise be left empty.

There was no reason to move them, though? Maybe they should finally destroy that terrible tank and replace it with an actual, functioning exhibit.

It's very frustrating to find accurate species information for this place and it seems like a few members go somewhat frequently, so I'm asking here. A review from 2018 mentioned the following shark species:

    Sand Tiger
    Blacktip Reef
    Zebra
    Sandbar
    Nurse
    Smooth Dogfish
    Epaulette
    White-Spotted Bamboo
    Brown-Banded Bamboo
    Whitetip Reef Shark

Is this still correct? I know a lot of time has passed.

Add gray reef shark, horn shark, and spotted (?) wobbegong and this list is accurate

How certain are you? The aquarium got back to me and said they had five species, Sand Tiger Shark, Sandbar Shark, Nurse Shark, Zebra Shark & the Blacktip Reef Shark, but that seemed oddly small so I’m kind of skeptical. If you have a recent visit to back up the extra species I’d take that as evidence.

Smooth houndshark should still be there ( a trio came from Mystic Aquarium), as well as horn shark and wobbegongs that are supposed to be spotted but have a different pattern (hybrids? variants?).

I visited on Saturday, and they had an animal signed as a Gray Bamboo Shark (Chiloscyllium griseum), but I didn't see any Gray Reef Sharks or Whitetip Reef Sharks.
