    Sunday afternoon was spent at Africa Alive, which for me was another major disappointment. I can always tell how interesting a venue was for me by the number of photos of different species that I take and the low number I took speaks volumes for my experience. Not as poor as Yorkshire Wildlife Park but again almost nothing I hadn't seen before and a lot of large extremely uninteresting enclosures (plus a few good ones). :(

    Phew..you missed then,one of the worlds rarest zoo animals(unless its died)in the shape of "Angus" the male Southern Helmeted Curassow.Its the only one on public display in Europe and i havent seen the species in any North American zoo either.
