Cincinnati has White-Breasted Cormorants in their still relatively new African Penguin Point.

Dallas World Aquarium keeps Brown Pelican on display

Cincinnati also had Great White Pelican in their former polar bear exhibit, although I'm not sure where they are now

The Dallas Zoo no longer has any pelicans. When the monorail closed they shut down all of the water features in those habitats, and the pelicans were shipped out.

They don’t have them in zoo north? There were some with the flamingos when I went last year.

Nope, there aren’t any left in ZooNorth either. They’ve all since been moved out.

Bronx received Dalmatian Pelican in 2021. I'm actually not sure if they still have the white pelican as it hasn't always been reliably on-display.

San Francisco Zoo no longer has brown pelicans as part of their collection, only American whites and pink-backs.

Per their website and my last visit the South Carolina Aquarium has brown pelicans in their stingray / aviary area.

Some additions based on my checklist:

    ANHINGA
    FL – Flamingo Gardens
    FL – Zoo Miami

    DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANT
    FL – Flamingo Gardens

    AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN
    FL – Busch Wildlife Sanctuary
    FL – Flamingo Gardens

    BROWN PELICAN
    FL – Busch Wildlife Sanctuary
    FL – Flamingo Gardens
    FL – Zoo Miami

There was also NEOTROPICAL CORMORANT at Phoenix Zoo back in 2020 with the pelicans but I don't have proof they are still there and I never took pictures of the signage at that point, so they may have anyways been wild. But this is worth investigating, maybe someone has recently been to Phoenix to confirm the status.

Neotropic Cormorant is a very common species in the Phoenix area, so if it wasn't signed I would say it was almost certainly wild.

They must've been moved because of the reconstruction of the polar bear exhibit. I think they were put there in the first place because they kept escaping the African penguin exhibit they were originally supposed to be in.

Saint Louis had brown pelicans in their Humboldt Haven area, however I’m not sure if they still reside there.
