Hello, While I have already posted this in the General Zoo Discussion section on the Petitions thread, maybe it is better placed here on the Private Collections & Pets section? Although the RSPCA is UK based, they have been working and influencing their counterparts in various other Countries for many years. So people signing this petion do not necessarily need to be UK residents, in fact far from it! We ask the government to investigate the RSPCA's activities, especially where they infringe civl or legal rights. - e-petitions
Unfortunately, I get this: You must be a British citizen or normally live in the UK to create or sign e-petitions. Ken
