    So what's the new animal? Can we play "guess the animal"? Is it an elephant?

    There will actually be 3 major imports next year - 2 mammal and one reptile.

    Sorry nanoboy - no elephants!

    Two mammals and one reptile.... Hmm.

    Will your zoo be the only zoo in Australia (or Queensland) to have these species?

    Whoa ........!!! Hang on - I can't tell you too much at this early stage.

    Nothing worse than bragging about what's coming, and then it is delayed or the whole deal falls over.

    All I can tell you is that at least one of the species might raise a few eyebrows!!

    There are a couple of different reptile species being imported by a number of zoos next year.

    It is shaping up to be an exciting year!
