I've been trying to make a new thread for a zoo that doesn't currently have one, but the images I've tried to upload come back as graphics of a photograph with a red X over it. Is there anything I need to change to fix this?

Thank you in advance for any help!!

How are you uploading the images? To the thread or to the gallery?

    Where is the image hosted?

It could be that the service you are using does not allow remote embedding of images

They're hosted on imgBB :) I'm not really familiar with that site having only used it a couple of times, but I did post images through them in another thread earlier today/yesterday that show up great! The photos I was trying to add to the thread are also all well under 2mb each, I believe I read somewhere that that was the limit for the forums

There's no size limit when embedding photos.

It could be you're using the wrong image URL.

Can you try posting a reply to this thread with an example of an image that isn't working so I can take a look?

Oh, thank you for telling me, that's good to know!

For the images, they would sometimes appear and sometimes (most of the time haha) not with the same URLs, but I just switched over to imgur instead and everything seems to be working great! I wish now that I'd have tried that earlier instead of taking up your time. Thank you so much for your help once again :D
