You do realise that the members of this Forum are atypical?

I have completed your survey, but have to say I was not very impressed.

For example, what is a question like "What is your feeling on the health of the animal" supposed to mean?

And your question "What could the zoo do better in order to conserve animals within the zoo and in the wild" offers four possible answers plus "all of the above". But I agreed with 3 of the 4 and there's no way of expressing this.

Apologies for the question where you only agreed with 3 out of 4, I need to do statistical analysis and had this questionnaire approved through ethics etc.

Also for the health question it has to be a question for everybody so its just their feeling on how the animal looks health wise as an opinion.

Also I have to add this is for an assignment on history of zoos and the population management so will not be published as a dissertation etc.

I'm going to be honest, it was awful. As SHAVINGTONZOO said about not being good options for answers to questions. You should have an other option with an input for us, as I didn't agree with all of the options, as where it asked me whether common species should be kept, I thought they should for education purposes. Also it only targets the typical zoo, not a specialist collection, as the last collection I visited was Washington Wetland Centre, hardly your typical zoo!

(I've just realised the last zoo I visited was Lotherton Hall, I did Washington for the survey, oops!)
