I've always had two very big (or I think they're big) questions about zoos, so I wanted to ask here to see what others think. Firstly, what's the average count of unique animal species in a zoo? Or, what is a good amount of unique species in a zoo? And secondly, more of an opinion question I guess, but what kind of animal mixes would work in a zoo and which ones wouldn't? Really hoping to get some answers!
What do you mean by "unique species"? Animal species only found in one zoo? Species in a zoo that are unrelated to any other species in the same zoo?
Okay maybe I should have clarified but I mean like how many different animal species, not unique to one zoo. Sorry for not clearing that up before!!
A very complex question, so here is some reading to spark your thinking Mixed species exhibit ideas: Worst Mixed-Species Combinations?
