By surfing a little on the web I came along an article about two extinct Day gecko species from Rodrigues ( see : The Lost Pollinator Lizards of Rodrigues – by Matt Stanfield ).
In the article its written that 5 living specimens of the Rodrigues giant day geckos were caught and one reached Europe alive ( Paris ) were it lived for several more months.
I would like to know if the specimen was kept privatly or in a zoo ? Anybody with more info about it ?
