I am in the process of selling the rest of my zoo guidebook collection to finance my migration. That I began doing last week by sending a weekly list of 10-12 guidebooks to all zoo ephemera collectors known to me. They also got a catalogue with information about and cover scans of all the 85 guidebooks I will be selling until early June.

I know many zoo ephemera collectors but of course not everyone. If you didn't receive a list from me last week but would like to, please send me a PM on Zoochat with your email address and I will send you this week's list as well as the future ones. I used to sell on eBay, some of you may know me from there.

The guidebooks are all European, published between 1909 and 1969 in the following countries:

    Austria
    Belgium
Czechoslovakia (from the part that is present-day Czech Republic)
    France
    Germany
    Holland
    Italy
    Poland
    Russia
    Spain
    Switzerland
    United Kingdom
Yugoslavia (from the part that is present-day Croatia)

Many are rare (such as from former Eastern Europe and Russia) while others are that plus from long-since closed zoos such as:

Belle Vue Zoo Park, Manchester – The United Kingdom
    Maidstone Zoo – United Kingdom
    Marineland Morecambe – United Kingdom
    Napoli Zoo – Italy
    Torino Zoo – Italy
    Wassenaar Zoo – Holland

Anyone from any country is welcome.

Hi Keeper, sorry but only one, Barcelona 1962. I never had a big collection from Spain and the few others I sold some time ago.
