Thanks for letting me know! There isn't a studbook for Maned Wolves that I could find, and all of the other sources I have for them don't show their names.

It is unclear why zoos don't like to post anything about their Maned Wolves as well. I think they're extremely fascinating animals, but I guess the general public isn't as interested in them as they are with other animals?

I think it's that, and they're such shy animals, in general. The ones that do best on media are unfortunately the species that everyone already knows.

Oglebay Good Zoo now exhibits the species. Betts and Luna from Greensboro are there. Greensboro will get a pair from White Oak.

Betts and Luna moved to the Oglebay Good Zoo. Two unrecorded individuals (at least by name), Fiona and Inigo, from the White Oak Conservation Center replaced Betts and Luna in Greensboro. Inigo, who was called Iggy, passed away recently.

I want to note that Toledo's maned wolf/wolves left the zoo a few years ago. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no clue where they were transferred to.

Sad to hear this :( One of the few zoo animals I felt a connection with. He was at Smithsonian for a long time.

No such female maned wolf lived at the Los Angeles Zoo, so she must've moved to Boise from somewhere else. LA's female, Cara, hasn't moved anywhere.

Beardsley has sent away their female maned wolf and have a new one named Fiona. Not sure what zoo the former female went to.

I know the Greensboro Science Center had a maned wolf named Fiona. Wonder if it’s her.

Per 2023 SSP recommendations Beardsley was asked to receive a female FROM Greensboro and send their existing female TO Greensboro. That transfer may have taken place by the sounds of it

Will any Canadian zoo acquire a maned wolf? Are they hard to keep?
