Chester Zoo Visits

    Hi there...

    i am planning a visit to chester zoo and also chestnut centre in the next few days... i have not been to chester zoo for over a year and never been to the chestnut center... is there any new additions.. or "must not miss" things to be seen at either places??

    any information would be usful... thanks

    Well you've got to see the giant otter cubs at Chestnut Centre, very cute AND the first ones bred in Britain or Uk or whatever so make sure you take the path to the far end of the park.

    That would be great... is there a best time to see the baby otters???

    I got down there soon after opening and there was no sign of them. I went back about 15 mins later when it was really quiet and they were visible inside and soon went out to swim. This was the first week they'd been on show so I'm not sure how bold they are now. My friends who have adopted the female said the parents have been very entertaining in the past, very playful.
