I would want a "Cross the crocodile" where you have to spend 10 mins in a exhibit with a saltwater crocodile, blindfolded with a meat tied to your waist then wait while praying

 

Feed that Bat! A unique exhibit where you walkthrough with vampire bats. You don't have to pay for admission to go through!

 

Evade the authorities! Try to hunt a species to extinction before the authorities find out what you're doing! Species include- Javan rhino, Hainan gibbon, Cat Ba langur, and Swinhoe's softshell turlte!
