Manatee was born in Wrocław a week ago. Mother arrived as a pregnant from Singapore. Probably second female is also pregnant but this time father is one of Wrocław (Odense born) males. Of course this is the first manatee born in Poland.

Bear cuscus was born in Wrocław two months ago. It's world's first for this species. Youngster is probably male.
Three Palawan Hornbills hatched on 2nd April. Now youngsters left the nest and are on show. Wrocław Zoo is the only zoo that breeds this species. Last year „world’s first” chick hatched but youngster died after some months. Also two Blue Cranes hatched and are now under mother’s care. Double-wattled Cassowary sits on four eggs.
The new "Panther Territory" exhibits are now open. Featuring Snow Leopard's and Clouded Leopard. Not sure where they got the Cloudy from, but the female Snow Leopard was born at South Lakes in 2016.
Yes, female snow leopard arrived from South Lakes. Male should came from Germany (Krefeld if I remember correctly). Male clouded leopard came from Howletts and two females (sisters) from Eskilstuna.
Since 18th October new species's been on show in Terrarium: Green Keel-Bellied Lizard (Gastropholis prasina). It is said that these lizards will move to the Baï complex (which will be a home to gorillas also).
