There was an article on lastnights late win news. The NZ&A has had to close as it has been inundated with water. The canberra equivalent of the SES has been working to help anD the firies have brought in bigger pumps. Moats are very full.
In Dubbo, bridges are closed and traffice is chaotic with only one bridge accross the river. There is alot of water on the ground but exhibits haven't been affected at the zoo.

It did but nothing like this. The main shopping centres carparks are now flooded as are the soccer an cricket field under the LH Ford Bridge and a few shops along the main street. It's chaos and the city was not prepared at all for this.
