I've always been fascinated by Panda Diplomacy, And posted a thread awhile back of all zoos that had Giant Pandas, This time around I want to to know what zoos want pandas, I remember reading somewhere that Zoo Basel is interested in Pandas, is this true? Basically I want to know which Zoos express interest in loaning Giant Panda from China.
