No problem! Also my research is, for the moment, done. Turns out there are at least 4 holders in the US! World Bird Sanctuary has an imprinted female named Eclipse, St. Augustine has a rehab female named Cricket, The Center for Birds of Prey has yet another rehab female, and Flamingo Gardens in Florida has at least two, possibly more, and they're all rehab birds
Both Roger Williams and Buttonwood have Red-tailed Hawks as off show ambassador animals. Buttonwood also has Bald Eagles and Turkey Vultures. ZooAmerica has Harris's Hawks.
The last ones (perhaps the only ones for a long time?) were at San Diego. Probably around 2012 was when the last one died but it's hard to say whether it lived longer off-display. There is a brief thread here: Zoos in US with a Lammergeier
A few I know of that aren't on the list: Virginia Living Museum – Black Vulture, Turkey Vulture, Bald Eagle Virginia Safari Park – King Vulture, Rueppell’s Luray Zoo – Andean Condor, Peregrine Falcon Metro Richmond – King Vulture, Rueppell’s, Steller’s Sea Eagle Leesburg – Red-tailed Hawk Turtle Back – Cooper’s Hawk Brandywine – Andean Condor, Bald Eagle Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari – Swainson’s Hawk, Red-tailed Hawk, Bald Eagle

Not too sure about that as I only what I remember having seen at different Mexican institutions, quite a number of years ago too. But honestly it wouldn't suprise me if they did have that species of vulture as it really is a bit of a "stamp collection" in terms of what they have. There are some really curious creatures kept there that are not all that common in other zoos (bonobos, striped hyenas, pygmy hippos, african wild dogs etc).
I don't know if I'm late for this thread, but I would just like to point out for many native birds (bald eagles, red tailed hawks, ect.) It might be very hard to locate every facility that holds them. Many state parks, nature centers, and rescue centers permanently hold native raptors rescued from the wild.
Potter Park has King vultures, and Toledo has a Black vulture as well. Xcaret in Cancun also has King vultures and Golden eagles.
Indianapolis just replaced it Turkey Vulture with a Bald Eagle and a Golden Eagle. They no longer exhibit Turkey Vulture.
