Wow zoochat certainly have been through a lot in 18 years! (Flashback to the time we still have the zoochat chat) Happy birthday if zc is a person he can legally be drunk now.
In the UK kids can drink alcohol in a private home from the age of five with parental consent. It's completely legal! Otherwise UK drinking rules are based on buying alcohol, not actually drinking (short version, you can only buy what you like once you're 18, but some things can be bought for younger teens by an adult in certain situations - a beer with a meal, for instance).
Drinking laws in the US vary by state, some states let kids of any age drink as long as the parents approve.

If anything then I've improved it obviously. What's being the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution and home of Cadbury's got going for it when compared to being the home of Brum? (And I mean me, sod that bloody yellow car!)
